A Bit About Me

Hello! My mission is to help you find serenity, joy, and meaning in your life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, life changes, relationship struggles, or an eating disorder, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I use a personalized approach, blending techniques like cognitive restructuring, guided imagery, internal family systems, and relational therapy to create a treatment plan just for you. My goal is to work together to uncover what will truly help you heal and thrive.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I’ve also received specialized training in Family and Couples Therapy from the Family Institute of Neve Yerushalyim and am currently specializing in trauma treatment at the Family Institute. My extensive experience includes working with at-risk teens and now extends to adults, children, families, and couples in Israel.

Additionally, I am trained in Family-Based Treatment for eating disorders, a highly effective evidence-based treatment. I've been trained by the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. In my treatment approach, I integrate the teachings of Dr. Katherine Loeb and the Maudsley method (Dr. Daniel Le Grange, PhD and Dr. James Lock, MD, PhD). I work in close cooperation with Dr. Miriam Wolosh, PhD, FBT specialist practicing in Morristown, NJ.

I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your challenges and discover pathways to a more fulfilling life. I look forward to joining you on your journey toward healing and growth.
